Arise Trans(forming) Lives is a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program of Altran North America. This project aims to enhance the livelihood options and the overall wellbeing of the community in India. At present, the project is headquartered in Bangalore and functional in Karnataka, Chennai and Hyderabad.

Mental health services for the all community is the latest intervention under this project. The rate of mental health disorders in the community is at least four times higher than the national average. There are thousands of community members with depression and anxiety disorders who suffer in silence every day. This service aims to provide free online counselling to persons and groups by healthcare professionals, psychiatrists, clinical psychologists and mental health counsellors. The mental health experts are friendly and are very sensitive to the needs of the community. We also provide help to LGBTQ persons with gender dysphoria, those who need help with SRS or need family counselling.
